ASIA Quality Forum for Medical and Health Profession Education

Indonesian Accreditation Agency for Higher Education in Health (IAAHEH) is an international organization for the accreditation of higher education in health.

As the leading international organization in the field of accreditation , IAAHEH  promotes asia quality forum as a driver of strategies for strengthening accreditation system for Human Resources for Health in preparation for the ASEAN Economic Community.

We invite all stakeholders to participate in this event with great enthusiasm, because this event is based on very deep priority needs :

1. Background


  • The need to meet WHO Target in 2030 with regards to Global Strategy for Human Resources for Health
  • The Need for Strengthening Accreditation System in South-East Asia Region to Achieve WHO Target 2030
  • The need for a comparable quality platform in MHPE
  • The need for uplifting the quality of medical and health profession education
  • The need for a comparable degree recognized by a regional accreditation system in preparation for the ASEAN Economic Community, in particular the professions that are included in the MRAs: medical doctor, dentist and nurses.

2. Purpose


  • To disseminate WHO Targets in 2030 with regards to Global Strategy for Human Resources for Health
  • To identify strategies for strengthening accreditation system in South-East Asia Region to achieve WHO Target 2030
  • To discuss the international recognition of accreditation system
  • To disseminate WFME Global Standard for Undergraduate Medical Education
  • To discuss cross-border accreditation system as a strategy to uplift the quality of medical education in areas where access to accreditation services are lacking
  • To discuss common quality platform in ASEAN and beyond.

We also invited several speakers from international organizations from several European and Asian countries to share and provide strategic input for this activity we will hold it in Bali 8-9 December 2022 and we offer several online and offline participation packages
